Monthly Homes Sold Report – March

The Northeast Cincinnati Analysis for March 2010 mirrors the recently released Pending Home Sales Index. In March, Northeast Cincinnati saw an increase in homes sold over February by more the 50%. In February there were 45 homes sold, while in March Northeast Cincinnati saw 68 homes sold. March was a strong month for a number of local neighborhoods including: Blue Ash, Madeira, Montgomery, Newtown, Sycamore Township and Symmes Township. Montgomery saw a 300% increase from 3 homes sold in February to 12 homes sold in March. Begining this month the Neighborhood Detail pages now include detailed listing of the recent homes sold for each neighborhood. We have completed the analysis for the the October Monthly Sold Report for Northeast Cincinnati. Click this link to see the full Monthly Sold Report for October 2009. Overall, our October 2009 analysis shows that Northeast Cincinnati total homes sold value was $19.3M. This compares favorably to October 2008, when the total value of homes sold was $19.5M. Statistically this is less than a 1% difference in the total residential real estate sold year-over-year within Northeast Cincinnati. Blue Ash, Montgomery, and Newtown all posted meaningful “homes sold” percentage gains for October 2009 when compared to October 2008. Nationally Ranked Public High Schools
