According to the latest information from the National Association of REALTORS®, the pending home sales for September 2009 registered the 8th straight month of month-over-month increase. The pending home sales index has risen each month dating back to Februrary 2009. September’s index of 110.3 this year is 21.2% higher than 2008 September’s index of 90.9.
