Cincinnati Enquirer released analysis today of the local residential real estate market for Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
According to their article, Southwest Ohio October 2009 sales were up 15% (over 2008) with a total of 1,724 homes sold, which is the fifth consecutive monthly increase.
In Northern Kentucky, there were 465 homes sold – a 9% increase over 2008.
