The Northeast Cincinnati Analysis for March 2010 mirrors the recently released Pending Home Sales Index. In March, Northeast Cincinnati saw an increase in homes sold over February by more the 50%. In February there were 45 homes sold, while in March Northeast Cincinnati saw 68 homes sold. March was a strong month for a number of local neighborhoods including: Blue Ash, Madeira, Montgomery, Newtown, Sycamore Township and Symmes Township. Montgomery saw a 300% increase from 3 homes sold in February to 12 homes sold in March. What is a Home Warranty?
A home warranty is a service contract, normally for one year, which helps protect home owners against the cost of unexpected covered repairs or replacement on their major systems and appliances that break down due to normal wear and tear. Coverage is for systems and appliances in good working order at the start of the contract.
