The Northeast Cincinnati Analysis for December 2009 shows a 23.49% increase in total home values sold when compared to November 2009. In November 2009 our Northeast Analysis indicates a Total Value of $13.96M versus a December 2009 Total Value of $17.24M. This is a nice rebound for the year-end and coming off a relatively flat November for Total Market Value — when compared to 2008. In December, Northeast Analysis indicates 55 Homes Sold. This is a 6.8% decrease from November when we saw 59 Homes Sold in Northeast Cincinnati. Year-to-year, Blue Ash (7 to 9) and Montgomery (6 to 9) saw the most positive, statistically significant increase in Homes Sold.
