We have completed the analysis for the the June Monthly Sold Report for Northeast Cincinnati. Click this link to see the full Monthly Sold Report for June 2010.

While the number of homes sold in June was below the good totals in April and May, the total Market Value of Homes Sold in June was the highest since July 2008.

The Northeast Cincinnati Analysis for June 2010 shows a 9% decrease in the number of homes sold over June 2009. Homes Sold in June 2010 was 105 and in June 2009 the number was 115. The decrease from May 2010, was exactly 13%, as 121 homes were sold in Northeast Cincinnati during a big May 2010.

The total dollar volume also increased substantially. June 2010 total dollar volume as $47.52 million. June 2009 was $43.93 million. This shows an increase of 8% in total dollar volume since last year. Total dollar volume in May 2010 was $38.37 million.

Closest location to Cincinnati? Asheville, North Carolina. Driving to Kiawah Island is fairly straightforard, too.
